Andrew Evelsizer, senior at Fairmont High School, was the recipient of the Herb & June Russ Family Scholarship.   Priority for the Russ Family Scholarship is for students who have a good record of volunteering.  Both Herb and June are recognized in the Fairmont community for their service to others.  Andrew will be attending Bethel University, St. Paul in the fall of 2006.
